Biography
Julia is a writer/editor and seasoned real estate education and data researcher at The Close. She is based in Manila, Philippines. Since joining The Close, Julia has revised most of our real estate education articles while researching and creating evidence-based rubrics to provide unbiased data on the best real estate schools in every state. Julia also joins the Close’s writers in researching and writing software reviews, articles on green building, real estate agent advice, and various home styles.
When she isn’t busy writing, updating, and researching, she reads contemporary fiction, watches courtroom TV shows, or crosses another city off her travel bucket list.
