A 20+ year veteran of the industry, Beth has held leadership roles within the title, mortgage, and residential sale sectors, consistently recognized for achievement and her out-of-the-box style. She has been published, quoted, and featured in various national and local publications, noted for her expertise and distinct point of view. A highly regarded consultant, coach, and growth advisor, Beth specializes in team building, leadership development, and brand distinction. She formed her company, Agent Activator, in late 2015. In 2020 she established the CEO Sister Circle, a program that offers strategies and peer support for high-achieving women in the industry who wish to lead, leverage, and create a legacy.

Beverly Ruffner started her Real Estate Career in 2005. She invested her efforts into online marketing when she adapted a love for internet leads and systems. In a small town South West of Washington DC known as Culpeper, she owned a Mega Agent Keller Williams office where she and her team were in the top 5% of their market. With her passion to create efficiency and build systems within her company her talent was recognized and led her to a national training position at Commissions Inc, Cinc. From there, she founded Balance Business Consulting, where she built systems, created best practices and taught internet lead conversion for some of the top CRM Lead generation companies in the industry, training large brokerages and real estate teams to leverage their lead conversion through systems.
