Kendal James is a tech-savvy entrepreneur and real estate broker with deep expertise in residential real estate investing and business operations. After completing his first live-in flip at 21, he left college to pursue real estate investing full-time.

Frustrated by the lack of agents who understood his needs as an investor, Kendal earned his real estate license in 2015 and set out to remake the local brokerage landscape. In 2019, Kendal launched his own real estate brokerage, offering a concierge acquisitions service powered by an investment property search engine he developed.

In 2022, with interest rates climbing and AI reshaping industries, Kendal pivoted — founding Great Plains Code with the mission to help mom-and-pop investors harness modern technologies to stay competitive against larger players.
