Yes, there are lots of different automation options, including a mass email function that could easily replace the Mailchimps of your world.
But Propertybase doesn’t just stop at the basics. It has a smartly designed MLS interface in the CRM that mirrors the consumer experience, so there’s no guesswork as to what your clients are seeing. Our Favorite Propertybase CRM Feature: Adjustable Lead Scoring
Just about every real estate CRM out there has a version of a Lead Score—some sort of numeric grade it applies to each of your contacts to help you prioritize who you need to speak to next.
