My Verdict on Sierra Interactive & Why You Can Trust It 

As an active real estate agent who has reviewed many platforms for real estate professionals, I believe Sierra Interactive is an excellent choice for some agents. I’ve used a lot of software to run my real estate business and have a feel for what works. But every agent and every business is different. What works for me may not be the ideal solution for others. 

Overall, Sierra Interactive is a well-rounded platform. With this software, agents can get a great website that attracts leads and decent features within a basic real estate customer relationship manager (CRM). The automation is robust enough to allow agents to create workflows to keep their Sierra leads engaged and help them close more deals. And at the end of the day, isn’t that what we’re all here for?

Some features are missing that agents might enjoy, like a more powerful CRM or additional website customization options. Sierra Interactive will work perfectly for agents who are not as tech-savvy and don’t need a ton of bells and whistles. You’ll never own your website with Sierra Interactive. If you ever decide to move your company to another website provider, you can’t take your Sierra Interactive site. You’ll have to start again from scratch. That’s not uncommon for specialty website builders, especially if they provide ongoing services, but it is something to be aware of. These sites aren’t on WordPress and can’t port to another hosting provider. If that’s what you’re looking for, go with a custom website hosted by WordPress. Agent Image is one of the few website builders in the real estate industry that allows agents to own their site eventually.

Sierra Interactive Pricing

One thing that may give agents pause is the price tag of this software. At $500 per month, it’s not inexpensive. However, compared to other real estate-specific software, Sierra Interactive’s pricing is more competitive when considering all that comes with the package. Let’s break it down.

Sierra Interactive has two basic packages, starting with their Core Package.

• $499.95/month for up to 5 users
• 5 users included ($100/month for additional 5 users)
• 1,500 text messages ($20 per additional 1,000 messages)
• 1,500 dialer minutes ($30 per additional 1,000 minutes)
• 100 MMS ($25 per 500 additional messages)
• 250 ringless voicemails ($10 per additional 100 voicemails)
• Mobile app

That’s a lot of features for $500, and it’s for up to five users. Considering the lead generation and nurturing system is built-in, I’d say that’s a pretty decent price for what you get. Another thing to point out is there is no setup fee, which many website platforms charge to get you up and running.

Sierra Interactive gets tons of points for loading time. It has one of the fastest page loading times of any website builder in the real estate space. And with the sites optimized for searches, it gets extra consideration for search engine optimization (SEO) enhancements.

It loses some points due to a lack of analytics, reporting, and A/B testing. These features are not available on the Sierra Interactive platform.

Advanced Features: 4.3 Out of 5

Sierra Interactive is not short on features. It offers a lot that others don’t. The built-in dialer, lead capture capabilities, integrated CRM, real estate-specific website designs with IDX integration, and fully customizable automation systems make it an excellent choice for many agents. Additionally, with more than 90 integrations available plus a usable API, agents have a lot of flexibility in making the platform their own. 

Pricing: 1 Out of 5

Sierra Interactive is an expensive platform, especially compared to other website builders–that’s true. It offers more than just a website—many website builders we review also offer an integrated CRM and similar tools. Additionally, several website developers we looked at offered more customization for the sites as well as additional pricing tiers with more options. In our opinion, Sierra Interactive is less competitive in the pricing category, so its score reflects that.

Support: 2 Out of 5

Several companies offer 24/7 support and live chat, but Sierra Interactive isn’t one of them. Instead, they have an email ticketing system to handle most of your support needs. They also offer phone support during business hours for more immediate needs. Most users feel their customer support is responsive, even if they have to wait 24 hours for a response from the support team.

Customer Feedback: 4 Out of 5

Practically all of the Sierra Interactive reviews I found were 5 stars. Apparently, those who decided to invest in Sierra Interactive don’t regret their decision. That says a lot about a company. One thing I like to see is transparency—those actively using the platform generally feel they are getting what they expected and haven’t been disappointed.

Sierra Interactive receives high marks for its numerous features, ease of use, and value for the money. Yes, it’s an expensive platform and not the best solution for solo agents. But overall, you get a lot for what you spend. The agents actively paying for the service report have noticed an uptick in site visitors and leads generated since switching to Sierra Interactive.

If you’re looking for a high-end tech company that’s super-easy to use, look no further than Sierra Interactive. For everything it does, it’s super-easy to understand how to use it. It’s clean, uncluttered, and completely uncomplicated—hats off to the user experience (UX) designers on this one.

Bottom Line: Is Sierra Interactive Worth Your Money? 

Sierra Interactive’s SEO websites, automation, workflow design, lead nurturing, ringless voicemails, and integrations make it easy for agents to get set up and manage leads efficiently. The clean, uncluttered dashboard simplifies lead management, but the platform lacks customization unless you hire a third-party designer. While Sierra Interactive’s CRM has improved, it still falls short compared to more robust options like Follow Up Boss. Integration with other CRMs is possible but at an additional cost.

Despite its limitations, Sierra Interactive is a great platform that offers SEO-enhanced websites, easy-to-use lead generation, management, and conversion tools, and built-in automation features. These features allow agents to focus on building relationships and closing deals. Agents who prefer a user-friendly, all-in-one solution will likely benefit most from this comprehensive platform.

Choosing a tool like Sierra Interactive is difficult—you need a lot of research before investing in a platform to help you run your business. Remember, no two real estate agents or businesses are the same—what works for one may not work well for another. Take your time and explore as many options as you need before you make a final decision. And you may need to make changes as your business grows. That’s totally OK.
