A good real estate flyer template can be hard to find unless you know where to look. Whether you’re hosting an open house, promoting a new hot new listing, or trying to build out your lead funnel, a well-designed flyer is going to be a big help.
We scoured the internet for the best sources of free (or nearly free) real estate flyer templates and came back with our 17 favorites from four different providers.
Here are the flyer templates that made the cut:

Real Estate Flyers From Canva
If you have great tech skills or aspirations to become a graphic designer, you might want to try your hand at creating a DIY template with Canva. With a simplified graphic design interface, anyone with an idea can come away with a pretty good-looking final product, including agents who want to design their own unique real estate flyers.
You can do just about everything you need to do in Canva for free, but if you want access to their premium service (more control over image sizing, some more power over how things are branded, a larger template library, and so on), you’ll pay $12.95 per month.
Of course, if you don’t want to design from scratch, there are some solid starting points you can choose from in the free version. Here are some of our favorites:
12. Two-sided Modern Property Flyer
Sometimes a single-sided flyer isn’t enough space to really be able to share all that you want about a property, which is why having a couple of two-sided flyers available with intentional dual designs is a great plan. We love this setup because it doesn’t overwhelm the eye; there is space for well-chosen photographs, enough information to get a buyer interested, and a layout that’s easy to read. This sort of flyer would be perfect for a mid-century modern listing or a beachfront getaway.
13. Two-sided Open House Invitation Flyer
When you’re tired of the same old open house invitations, mix it up a little bit with a two-sider that focuses on style and community. This sort of open house flyer template is fantastic for buildings with multiple units for sale, for planned communities with multiple model units, and for any sort of collective open house where potential buyers are considering a community as much as they are considering a specific home.
Real Estate Flyers From Adobe Spark
Famous for complicated professional software like Photoshop and Indesign, Adobe also offers a very stripped-down design app that lets people create some DIY designs. If you’re not familiar with design software, the learning curve might take some time.
Adobe Spark is Adobe’s answer to Canva, and some of the templates for real estate flyers are really attractive. The services here are free if you are OK with having the Spark watermark on your final product and are content working from the basic template sets. To upgrade to the full template library and remove the Adobe branding, it will cost you $9.99 a month.
