Your clients are liars. Yes, all of them.
Of course, so are your listing agents, your managing broker, buyers agents, lawyers, lenders, administrative assistants, your coworkers and well, you and your entire family. Liars, all of them.
While we may lie for good reasons (Yes honey, santa claus is real!), that doesn’t change the fact that there is often a disconnect between what we say and what we want.
While this may not be a huge deal when it comes to santa claus or the tooth fairy, when you’re trying to land a listing or close a deal, figuring out who’s lying can be crucial information.

What the hell is the point of Instagram stories? This was the question I asked my millennial coworker to explain during a late night in the office last week.
I left that conversation feeling like a dinosaur, and with a newfound respect for the speed this generation is changing the world.
Millennials have been delaying buying homes and having kids, but it seems like they’re finally starting to snap up real estate.
In fact, the latest NAR Home Buyer and Seller Generational Trends study for 2018 found that millennials are now 36% of all buyers…
Wake up. Hit snooze. Obsessively scroll through emails in bed. Hit snooze. Check emails again. Rush to the office in a panic. Rinse. Repeat.
If so, you can learn a thing or two from the morning habits of top producing Realtors.
Believe it or not, psychologists agree that some of the morning routines they use might just help you 10x your GCI in 2018.

Chicago Realtor Sonia Figueroa was attacked by a pitbull in a vacant lot.
She had to run from a vacant listing because of drug dealers, and her office was robbed…

Quick. Think of how many amazing handshakes you’ve gotten in your life.
Now think of how many terrible, awkward, cold fish, handshakes you’ve gotten.
If you’re like most people, chances are you’ll have a hard time remembering great handshakes, but an easy time remembering the bad ones.
Is there anything worse than working hard to get a new lead, only to have them straight up ignore your calls? After all, your lead gen strategy seems to work, people just aren’t willing to talk to you. What are you doing wrong?
In fact, people judge you so quickly that they often form an impression before their eyes can even focus…
That means your appearance as a Realtor is crucial.
Fashion, what you wear and how you wear it, is a huge part of that appearance. It has such a huge impact that wearing a suit can even affect how you think.

Innovation isn’t easy.
